Extended Trial:
We give every customer the chance to test the cloud products from the manufacturer Atlassian for free and extend the period to 3-6 months depending on the membership.
In TIMETOACT Atlassian Membership, each customer has the option of freely allocating their selected quota in three different disciplines. If your defined quota is not sufficient, you can simply switch to a higher partner model with the next Annual Subscription or define a higher quota of discounted hours in Platinum status when concluding the contract. Each service hour outside your quota is charged at an hourly rate of 160 euros (during normal service hours of 9-17 hrs).

We make you fit in your Atlassian products: Whether users, power users or individual training on specific products and tasks - we are happy to train you. We show you the contents of the training on an in-house demo instance. Afterwards you will receive the training slides with a few application tasks to consolidate the learned material.
Support & Consulting
We support you with all questions and problems around Atlassian. Use our service portal to simply send us your requests. An experienced support staff member will then be happy to help you. Our support is available in English and German.
Health Check / Housekeeping
You want to clean up your instance or increase the performance? We support you in doing so. We put your system through its paces and tell you where we see potential for improvement. Our experts take a look at your instances and then provide you with a clear report. In this report, you can see exactly which changes we recommend. You then decide which of our proposed changes should be implemented.
Participate in our Atlassian Roundtable
In our monthly format, we present use cases that we have implemented with solutions from Atlassian and Marketplace Partner: Standardization of your project management, asset management, working time recording and many more. The roundtable also gives you the opportunity to ask questions directly to the vendors of the products shown.
